WakeCast Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026.

Who is responsible

WakeCast is developed independently. For any privacy question, write to support@wake-cast.com.

What data is collected and why

What is not collected

WakeCast does not access your location, contacts, calendar, browsing history, financial data, or health data. Cities in the World Clock are chosen by hand, not by GPS.

Who it is shared with

Your alias, photo, and what you record inside a group are only seen by the other members of that group. Nothing is shared with third parties outside the app. WakeCast shows no advertising and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

Providers

WakeCast uses Firebase (Google) for sign-in, data and file storage, and sending notifications. All data travels encrypted. You can read Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

How long data is kept

For as long as your account exists. You can delete it along with all your data at any time; see how to delete your account.

Children

WakeCast is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from children under that age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this same page will be updated.

Third party: city and time zone data
