Through an invitation link sent by a member of the group. Open it on your phone and WakeCast takes you in.
Check that WakeCast has permission to send notifications and, on Android, to ring over the lock screen and to schedule exact alarms. Some phone makers also stop apps in the background; allowing WakeCast to run without battery restrictions fixes it.
Open the recording and tap the red flag. The person who made it is never told who reported it.
